This project focuses on everyday livability. Ground-oriented townhomes with secondary suites bring more housing choice to the neighborhood while keeping a human scale. Entries face the street, front yards and layered planting create privacy, and green buffers soften the edge to adjacent homes. The site plan supports walkability to schools, parks, and transit and encourages low-car living with secure bike storage and EV-ready parking. Materials are durable and low-maintenance, and the design targets strong energy performance in line with current codes.
